Food Defense is the effort to protect food from acts of intentional adulteration. It is the process to ensure the security of food and drink from all forms of intentional malicious attack including ideologically motivated attack leading to contamination. On completing this course, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to understand the context of food defense, perform a threat assessment and develop a food defense plan, in accordance with GFSI standards.
